Send one drop to every folder that belongs to the job.

Set up a project, paths, and a naming template. Upload copies the files to every designated folder. Missing folders are created. Download finds them again by project, phase, and task.

Mac build is included. Windows zip is added when that package is ready — use the same page link.

On A Mac

  1. Unzip ProjectFileIt-mac.zip.
  2. Open the folder and double-click Start ProjectDrop.command.
  3. If macOS blocks it: right-click the file → Open → Open.
  4. The app opens in your browser at http://127.0.0.1:8767/. Badge should say v3.11.
  5. Quit leftover python in Activity Monitor if an old version is still running.

This zip still needs Python 3 on the Mac. A standalone .app is built with Build Mac App.command inside the folder.

On Windows

  1. Unzip the Windows file when it is posted.
  2. Run Start ProjectDrop.bat or the built .exe.
  3. Allow it if Windows Defender SmartScreen asks (More info → Run anyway) until the app is signed.

First Use

  1. Setup → Projects, then Paths, then Naming.
  2. Assign each path to a project.
  3. Upload — pick the project, then its path, drop files.
  4. Download — pick the project, then path, filter by phase or task.
